FIVE STEPS. THEN YOU'RE FIRST.

LeadSniper works with GoHighLevel and GoHighLevel white-label domains. Setup takes about five minutes — do these in order and don't skip step 2.

   Turn on new-lead notifications in GoHighLevel

   Before anything else, make sure your GoHighLevel account actually fires a notification when a new lead comes in or a form is submitted. No notification card, nothing for LeadSniper to hook onto. Check your notification settings and trigger a test lead to confirm the card appears.

   Pin your GoHighLevel dialer open

   Keep the built-in dialer docked and open on the page at all times — bottom right corner works best, out of the way of your workflow. This is what lets the call connect instantly with the right number, every single time. An unpinned dialer is the number one reason a dial fails.

   Enable the three switches in the popup

   Open the LeadSniper popup and, under the Dial section, flip all three: Extension on, Call button on notifications, and Place the call on click. That's the whole setup — no API keys, no config files.

   Add your notification titles to the watch list

   Copy the exact title of your new-lead / new-form-submitted notification card (for example “New Form Submitted”) and add it to the watch list in the popup. LeadSniper only arms the dial button on the cards you list, so you never get a green button on the wrong notification.

   Start dialing first

   Refresh your GoHighLevel tab. From now on every matching notification gets a green dial button — one click and you're ringing while the floor is still reading the name.
