TERMS OF SALE

LeadSniper is sold by Christian Mercati, trading as LeadSniper, a sole trader established in Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under enterprise number 1041.151.082. Contact: support@leadsniper.org.

We are the seller of record. LeadSniper is not sold by Google. ExtensionPay and Stripe act only as payment processors on our behalf; they are not the seller. Distribution through the Chrome Web Store does not make Google a party to this contract.

A subscription licence to use the LeadSniper browser extension, which adds a call button to GoHighLevel notifications and dials the lead through GoHighLevel's own built-in dialer.

LeadSniper works with GoHighLevel and GoHighLevel white-label domains. It does not currently support any other CRM. If other integrations are described anywhere as planned, they are planned and not included in what you are buying today.

LeadSniper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. You need your own active GoHighLevel account; that account is not included in this subscription and is not our responsibility.

• US$299.00 per month. This is the total amount charged to your card. Where Belgian or EU VAT applies to your purchase, it is included in that amount and we account for it; no VAT is added on top at checkout.
• If you are a VAT-registered business in the EU outside Belgium and need a reverse-charge invoice, email us your VAT number before your first renewal and we will issue one.
• Billing recurs automatically each month until cancelled.
• Payment is taken by ExtensionPay and its processor Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Prices may change on at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you do not accept a change, cancel before that renewal.

Cancel at any time from the extension popup under Setup → Subscription, or by signing in at extensionpay.com with your billing email.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your subscription — and dialing — continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is cut off mid-month.

Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial months. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

If the extension does not work for you, contact us at support@leadsniper.org before disputing a charge. Where the fault is on our side we will resolve it or refund the affected period at our discretion.

LeadSniper is sold to businesses. If you nevertheless buy as a consumer, Belgian and EU law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts.

Because the subscription gives you immediate access, by subscribing you expressly request that we begin performance during that 14-day period, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun in full. Nothing in the refund section above limits any statutory right you have that cannot be excluded by contract.

• It runs only on GoHighLevel domains and on any additional domain you explicitly approve.
• It does not place calls itself. It types the number into GoHighLevel's dialer and, if you have enabled auto-dial, presses GoHighLevel's own call button. Call quality, call delivery, call costs and call recording are GoHighLevel's, not ours.
• It requires an internet connection to verify your subscription periodically. If it cannot reach our payment provider, an already-verified subscription keeps working for a limited period before it locks.

You are responsible for how you use the leads you dial, including compliance with telemarketing, do-not-call, consent and data-protection rules that apply to you and to the people you call. The extension is a shortcut for a call you have decided to make; deciding to make it is yours.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute or share your licence outside your own organisation, or attempt to circumvent the subscription check.

We provide LeadSniper "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation — GoHighLevel can and does change its own interface, which may temporarily affect the extension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or lost business.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate a licence for non-payment, or for breach of the sharing or circumvention terms above. Where we terminate without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.

We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address with an effective date. Material changes take effect at your next renewal.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
