PRIVACY POLICY

Effective 8 August 2026

LeadSniper is a dialing shortcut, not a data product. Your leads stay in your CRM and your browser.

What LeadSniper reads

LeadSniper runs only on the CRM tabs you enable it for. On those pages it reads the lead notification elements it needs to find a phone number and place a dial button next to it. It does not read anything on other websites, and it does not run when the master toggle is off.

What leaves your browser

Nothing about your leads. Lead names, phone numbers, emails, notes and any other CRM content are processed in-page and are never transmitted to LeadSniper or to any third party. We run no servers, so there is nowhere for that data to go.

LeadSniper makes exactly one kind of network request: a check with our payment provider asking whether your subscription is still active. It carries only your licence key. It never includes page content, lead details, your settings, or your dial history.

If you have never signed up, the extension makes no network requests at all. With no licence key stored on your machine it does not contact anything — it simply stays locked.

What we store

  • Your settings — your toggles, the notification wording your CRM account uses, and your watch and never-dial lists — are stored in Chrome's synced storage on your own machine and sync through your own Google account. We never see them.
  • A local dial log — the last 40 dial attempts. Each entry holds a timestamp, the phone number dialed, the outcome, and a short diagnostic note (up to 200 characters) describing what the extension saw on the page, which is what makes a failed dial debuggable. It is stored on your own machine only, is not synced, never leaves your browser, and you can clear it from the extension popup at any time.
  • Your subscription licence — a licence key issued by our payment provider, plus the active/inactive status it returns. This lives in Chrome's synced storage, which is what lets one subscription work across your own devices. It contains no payment details.

Subscription and payment

LeadSniper requires an active paid subscription. Billing is handled entirely by ExtensionPay and its payment processor Stripe, on their own sites. LeadSniper never sees or stores your card details. ExtensionPay holds the email address you sign up with and your subscription status; see ExtensionPay's privacy policy for how they handle it.

If the subscription check cannot be completed — you are offline, or the payment service is unreachable — an already-verified subscription keeps working for a limited period rather than locking you out.

What we never collect

We do not collect call recordings, CRM records, browsing history, keystrokes, screenshots, or contact lists. We do not sell or share data with advertisers, and we do not build profiles on you or your prospects.

Permissions we request

  • The CRM domains you use — so the dial button can be injected into the notifications panel.
  • Your agency's own domain, optional and opt-in — many agencies run GoHighLevel under their own white-label domain, which we cannot know in advance. Chrome therefore lists this extension as able to ask for access to any https:// site. It never asks on its own. You type one exact domain in the Setup tab and approve Chrome's own prompt; the extension refuses wildcard entries, and it requests that single domain and nothing else. You can revoke it at any time from the same tab, or from Chrome's extension settings.
  • Scripting — to place the dial button on the pages you have approved, and only those.
  • Storage — so your settings, dial log, and subscription licence persist.
  • extensionpay.com — used solely for the subscription check described above.
  • Alarms — a timer that schedules that check. It collects nothing.

We never request access to all websites in one go, and we never read a page you have not explicitly approved.

Your control

Turning the master toggle off stops all page access immediately. You can clear your dial log from the popup at any time. Uninstalling the extension removes every locally stored setting.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the extension popup under Setup → Subscription, or by signing in at extensionpay.com with your billing email. You can request deletion of your billing record at any time by emailing us.

Affiliation

LeadSniper is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel Inc. "GoHighLevel" is referenced only to describe compatibility.
